1. Size of the venue

A small private party of 50 people needs a very different

setup than a corporate event for 300. As a general rule,

larger spaces need more powerful PA systems and additional

speakers to cover the room evenly.

2. Type of event

A wedding ceremony needs clean, clear sound for vows and

speeches. A dance party needs deep bass and high volume.

A corporate event needs professional microphones and a

reliable PA. Each event is different.

3. Indoor vs outdoor

Outdoor events lose sound quickly. You need a more powerful
